Privacy Guidelines Overview
This document is applicable to all websites, mobile applications, and online services we manage, including our financial products and any other services we may provide, like events or training. We’ll simply refer to these as ‘our services’ for simplicity.
‘Personal data’ refers to any information that can identify you, such as your name, email, physical address, telephone number, bank details, payment information, support inquiries, and community comments. We collect the minimum data we require to allow our services to function effectively.
Our principles are centred around minimising collection and usage of personal data. We collect only what we need. We might aggregate your data and make it anonymous. If we do, then this document does not apply. For more information on how we handle other types of data, please see our terms of use.
We may occasionally update this notice. Significant changes will be communicated to you, typically via email.

Our Data Protection Principles
Our approach to data protection revolves around four main principles:
- Security: We employ leading industry practices to safeguard personal data.

- Minimisation: Our business is making financial software, not data mining. We only collect what we need to deliver the services and products relevant to you.
- Accountability: It is our responsibility to handle your data securely.
Data Collection Methods
We gather personal data in various ways:
- Directly from You: When you use our websites or services, we may ask for personal data. This can happen when you create an account, apply for a job, join our social media, participate in events, or seek support. You are not obliged to provide personal data, but it may limit your access to certain services.
- Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect certain information, like your IP address and device type, as well as how you navigate our websites and services. This helps us improve user experience.
- From Third Parties: Sometimes we receive personal data from third parties, such as marketing partners, to supplement our records.
We process your personal data to fulfill contracts, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent. Without this data, some services may not be available to you.
If you think a Subscriber has wrongly entered your data into our services, please contact them directly for any data-related inquiries.
Data Usage
We primarily use your personal data to operate our websites and provide services. This includes communication for operational or marketing purposes, supporting technical issues, enhancing our services, ensuring security, and conducting analysis.

- Companies within the Financial Software group.
- Third-party service providers and partners.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required.
